Display Drivers For Mac Os X Mojave 10.14.6

computer was fine, displaying on the external monitor, request was made to update to mojave 10.14.6 , I was on the previous version 10.14.5 before the update. screen went black, assuming that it was part of the restart, then no output to the monitor, needed to open the laptop to continue with update. the only difference has been the update.

I've been having a problem with my apple monitor (20" apple cinema display) attached to my my Mac Mini (2018 3.6ghz) via a with a DVI to HDMI dongle since updating to 10.14.6 as well. It works, but has serious "ghosting" or image retention issues. Is that also something likely fixed by switching to a USB-C to DVI dongle?

My above observation is frustating because what happens to a person that had Mojave 10.14.5 and DisplayLink 5.2 all working?They then start upgrade their OS to 10.14.6, and displayLink 5.2 don't work no more, until they uninstall and reinstall. 2ff7e9595c
