This will be a weekly series on Saturday Night Live featuring short sketches featuring Sarah Palin's daughter, Bristol.
The overarching concept for all of them is that Bristol Palin will be entering her next phase in life - from age 16 to 21, she will live in New York City and work at a highly successful modeling agency.
Placed in this reality, Bristol struggles to manage her life while trying to balance family and work. In one sketch, she asks if she can take a day off to go to the strip club, but finds the secret stash of cash from her past raises her spirits.
The first sketch features a setup of a drunken Sarah Palin, staring into her one-bedroom studio apartment in Wasilla, Alaska. She is visited by young Bristol, who is on her cell phone, and is greeted with an earful of drunken boos. Her mother, still in her "mom jeans" tries to calm her down.
Two of the sketches feature Bristol's training with the modeling agency's head trainer. The first one (above) seems to go awry when she snorts an unknown powder at the start of the session.
The final sketch seems to feature Bristol's internship at the modeling agency.
All of the sketches were written by Jillian Mapes and directed by Dan Powell. They are the first sketches to be written on SNL in months. All sketches were shot on February 22.
"I'm pretty proud of this," Palin said. "You know, most of this has never been on TV. It's just fun to try to break some ground and to tell a story in a funny way."Activated STAT3 and STAT5b are involved in the regulation of ornithine decarboxylase activity in the human cervical carcinoma cell line HeLa.
Ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) is responsible for the formation of polyamines, which are essential in the cellular proliferation and differentiation. The dysregulation of ODC has been suggested to play a role in cancer development and progression. Both STAT3 and STAT5b, members of the STAT family ac619d1d87
